The property is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and there are security cameras on the outside of the property for additional security. Please be aware that last-minute extensions cause a significant amount of disturbance to our team. If you are considering extending your reservation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Extensions made on the day of checkout will be subject to a $150 convenience fee. If you book for a same day check-in, we ask that you please allow us an additional 2 hours to get the property ready. Please check with us to confirm immediate availability. The pet fee is $15 per pet per night and maxed at $150 per pet per month (maximum of 2 pets). Since the pet fee amount depends on the # of pets and nights, we collect this fee separately through the Resolution Center. Kindly utilize the assigned parking spots specified in the guidebook. Parking on the grass or off the designated area (Hudgens) will result in a $200 fine.
