To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly request that all guests over the age of 18 provide a copy of their Government-Issued ID prior to arrival. Rest assured, we will provide detailed parking and driving instructions three days before your scheduled check-in date, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. To ensure your comfort, please inform us of the total number of guests in your party. If you require an air mattress, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange for its delivery to the house. If you book for a same day check-in, we ask that you please allow us an additional 2 hours to get the property ready. Please check with us to confirm immediate availability. The pet fee is $15 per pet per night and maxed at $150 per pet per month (maximum of 2 pets). Since the pet fee amount depends on the # of pets and nights, we collect this fee separately through the Resolution Center. Please be aware that last-minute extensions cause a significant amount of disturbance to our team. If you are considering extending your reservation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Extensions made on the day of checkout will be subject to a $150 convenience fee. When guest smoke inside the unit we have a smoke remediation process than can take up to two hours or longer. This process consists of the use of an ozone machine and we will be charging $250 remediation fee. *Please note that our team may need to access the basement on occasion during your stay. They will not need to enter the home (access is outside), and you will always be informed ahead of time. We strive to provide a hassle-free and enjoyable stay for all our guests.
